Introduction

Established in 2020, the Foreign Cooperation Department has played a pivotal role in strengthening Haryana’s presence on the global stage by promoting trade, attracting investment, and advancing the welfare of the Haryanvi diaspora. Through its sustained efforts, the Department envisions positioning Haryana as the preferred destination for foreign investment, enhancing exports from the State, promoting Haryanvi culture, and safeguarding the welfare and interests of Haryanvis through active engagement, advocacy, and assistance.
